Which delivery courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail to deliver all of our orders as they have proven to be the most reliable and very rarely do we have any problems.
How many maps fit through my letter box?
We use slimline packaging to ensure that our maps fit through your letter box. A typical letter box will swallow up to four maps easily.
Do I need to be in for delivery?
Our maps are delivered as part of your standard Royal Mail postal delivery service. In the vast majority of cases you do not need to make special arrangements to meet the delivery.
If your order is bulky or requires a signature, and there is no one in, the postman will leave a 'Sorry you were out card'. The undelivered parcel will be returned to your local sorting office and you must follow the instructions on the card to arrange collection or re-delivery.
