We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.
Faulty Item Exchanges.
If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item then please email our support desk (email@example.com) within 28 days of receipt. Your email should include your order reference number and a description of the fault. After validating the fault we will assess your case and issue further instructions. In some circumstances we may ask you to return the faulty product. If we ask you to return a faulty product we will advise on the postal service to be used and reimburse reasonable postal charges for that service. We will not reimburse postal charges for items returned without prior arrangement or for the use of non advised postal services.
Your Rights to Cancel.
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, and the item can be sold again as new, and all computer software product seals are intact and not tampered with, then you are entitled to return the goods to us. Your rights to cancel do not include the return of unsealed computer software or goods made to your specification. Computer software is deemed to be unsealed if you have broken or tampered with any product seal, installed any part of the software, or otherwise obtained access to the contents of a sealed package. Goods made to your specification include all site centred products where you specify the location and size of your coverage but do not include other products where coverage is defined by TrackLogs.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel then you should email the TrackLogs support desk (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating your intention to cancel. We require that all cancelled products are returned to TrackLogs and any carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued via the original payment method. Your refund will be made as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving a written notice of cancellation. The amount of your refund will be the original retail cost of the returned products at the time of sale less the direct costs of handling your return. For products not made to your specification these costs will not exceed £4.95 per product. Costs relating to products made to your specification will not exceed £5.95 per product.
