A short but quite severe loop around the Trough of Bowland. The route takes in two equally sized peaks of about 400 metres each. To make sure you get the maximum value on this ride there's one more smaller peak nestling between the two. Dunsop Bridge is notable for being the village closest to the centre of the British Isles. Irrelevant but true.
